Permitted fees to tenants: We do not take a fee for referencing and credit checking. Contractor fees: If you call our contractor out of office hours for an issue that is not an emergency and is something your landlord would have been able to attend to, if notified, then we reserve the right to pass on the contractor fees (including call out) on to you.
