Permitted fees to tenants: We do not take a fee for referencing and credit checking. If you are successful in securing a property through us you will have to pay a deposit equal to a maximum of five weeks rent. This is to be paid on signing the rental agreements. The cost of this will vary depending on the type of lock, number of keys and who you use to do the replacement. Contractor fees: If you call our contractor out of office hours for an issue that is not an emergency and is something your landlord would have been able to attend to, if notified, then we reserve the right to pass on the contractor fees (including call out) on to you.
